Job Description
The Technical Publication Librarian ensures that all technical manuals and publications are maintained in an accurate and efficient manner, in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and Cascade Aerospace policies and procedures.
Major Responsibilities & Duties
- Strive to consistently act in a manner in which reflects Cascade Aerospace’s culture and values
- Ensure the provision and revision of technical manuals, and/or publications in an accurate and efficient manner and in accordance with Transport Canada Aviation regulations and Cascade Aerospace policies and procedures
- Ensure the continued maintenance of an accurate database register with supporting hard copy documentation
- Ensure all publications are controlled and indexed to indicate company ownership
- Maintain Cascade Aerospace’s Technical Publication revision service payments dates current
- Ensure Cascade Aerospace is prepared for on-going audits of its technical library by internal auditors, customers, FAA, Transport Canada and other regulatory bodies
- Ensure all assigned tasks are performed in accordance with Cascade Aerospace Human Resources safety and security policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience
- Grade 12 Diploma
- 5 years’ experience in office administration
- 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a technical library environment
