The Opportunity:
IMP Group is searching for a temporary Payroll Office Assistant to join our Payroll department. This departmental support role will be approximately 8 weeks in duration and provides essential administrative assistance to the payroll team. This position is primarily responsible for document management, including scanning and filing, as well as performing routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.

What You Will Do:
- Assist the Payroll department with day-to-day administrative support.
- Scan, organize, and file payroll-related documents accurately and securely.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Handle basic data entry and document verification tasks as required.
- Respond to internal inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members.
- Support other administrative functions as needed within the department.

What You Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable working with scanning equipment and document management systems.
