The Opportunity:
At IMP Solutions, we provide IT products, and IT and business consulting services to our clients across Canada.
We're growing our Professional Services team and are looking for a consultant who can combine strong problem-solving skills, client relationship management, and delivery experience to help our clients achieve their desired outcomes.
You'll work directly with clients, contribute to initiatives from planning through delivery, and support a mix of advisory and delivery engagements. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of industries and organizations while building experience in consulting, transformation, and project delivery.
Our consultants work with clients across both the public and private sectors, providing a combination of advisory, transformation, and delivery services for business and technology initiatives.

Are you ready for your next big step? Join our team! We’re looking to add consultants across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. The role offers a mix of remote and on-site work, depending on client needs.
What You Will Do:
- Support and lead client engagements from planning through execution
- Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and project teams
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and identify solutions
- Contribute to recommendations and practical solutions that help clients achieve business outcomes
- Support project, program, or transformation initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- Help manage project risks, issues, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to drive successful outcomes
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, business requirements, and other client deliverables
- Contribute to proposals, client discussions, and other business development activities as opportunities arise
About the Work
Our projects typically involve:
- Large-scale system implementations
- Digital transformation and modernization efforts
- Organizational change management and user adoption
- IT and business process improvements
- Advisory and planning engagements
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3-7 years of experience in consulting, project delivery, business analysis, organizational change, program management, or related disciplines
- Experience supporting or leading business and technology initiatives
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience building relationships and working directly with clients
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is considered an asset
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CBAP, CCBA, Prosci, Agile, ITIL, or equivalent experience are considered assets
- A willingness to continuously learn, develop new skills, and take on increasing responsibility
