Responsibilities

  • Understand the company’s lines of business (LOBs) and identify the main processes within each.
  • Categorize processes into core (operationally – strategically) and vital processes based on business impact.

  • Ensure KPIs accurately reflect operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain data models, queries, and transformations (Power Query, DAX, SQL) to support ongoing reporting needs.
  • Continuously analyze dashboard outputs to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • Work with data owners to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Ensure that each procedure documented in SharePoint is linked to an underlying process.
  • For each process, verify that it is:
    • Mapped (using BPM standards and tools)
    • Documented (via approved procedures and workflows)
    • Measured (with defined KPIs and targets)
    • Monitored (via dashboard or performance report)
  • Collaborate with SharePoint administrators to maintain updated and version-controlled documentation repositories.
  • Establish and enforce process management standards across departments.
  • Investigate performance gaps and inefficiencies highlighted by dashboards or stakeholder input.
  • Lead root cause analysis (e.g., fishbone, 5 Whys) and define action plans for improvement.
  • Initiate and manage cross-functional process improvement projects, applying Lean or Six Sigma principles.
  • Quantify and communicate the impact of improvement initiatives (e.g., time savings, quality improvements, cost reduction).
  • Support departments in developing improvement roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive operation excellence transformation culture through the kaizen system
  • Partner with department managers to identify, structure, and execute improvement ideas.
  • Guide teams through structured problem-solving and project management frameworks.
  • Support change management by ensuring new or optimized processes are adopted effectively across departments.
Provide coaching and training to staff on process thinking, KPI management, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong data management and ETL skills.
  • Experience working with SharePoint for document and process governance.
