Summary

Execaire Aviation is looking for a CRM & AI Specialist to own and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem while managing our AI agent stack, including Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Agent. This role will be supporting the Market Intelligence and Sales Operations department. It combines hands-on Salesforce administration, workflow orchestration, maintain data accuracy, support reporting across the commercial organization, and applied AI automation to enhance productivity, automate data processes, reporting, intelligence tasks and operational efficiency. 

You will serve as the internal expert for CRM configuration, AI Agent prompt design, automation governance, and system integrations—helping teams work smarter, faster, and more effectively.  

Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Governance 

  • Serve as primary Salesforce Administrator (configuration, workflows, objects, roles, permissions)
  • Design and maintain custom objects, flows, Process Builder, and Lightning pages
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and other platforms
  • Ensure data quality through audits, governance, validation rules, and deduplication processes
  • Build dashboards and reports for Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Manage user onboarding, training, and documentation for Salesforce
  • Support and maintain automated journeys, triggers, and lifecycle programs

Reporting & Analytics 

  • Maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for sales, market intelligence, and leadership
  • Build and maintain automated data pipelines. 
  • Support the creation of forecasts, sales insights, and performance reports

AI Agent Management & Automation 

  • Deploy, configure, and optimize Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Agent that support reporting, data cleansing, data analysis, competitive monitoring, task automations and sales workflows
  • Monitor agent performance and ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance
  • Ensure responsible AI governance, access control, and monitoring of agent behavior
  • Identify new automation opportunities and implement scalable AI solutions
  • Provide training and adoption support for AI tools across the organization

Data Integration & Systems Support 

  • Manage integrations with market data platforms (WingX, JetNet Zoominfo), Power BI, and internal systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and vendors as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • DEC in IT or Computer Science with equivalent experience will also be considered
  • 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, data analytics, or CRM operations
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI and CRM Analytics)
  • Demonstrated experience deploying or managing AI agent platforms (Copilot, Microsoft Agent, generative AI tools) 
  • Understanding of AI automation platforms (Copilot, Agentforce,ChatGPT Agents, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or other generative AI tools within Salesforce
  • Ability to design prompts, agent scripts, reasoning flows, or knowledge bases for AI assistants
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is a plus but not required
