Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years of experience to support key marketing initiatives across advertising strategy, CRM, social media, SEO, and communications. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, digitally savvy, and eager to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Advertising & Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) in collaboration with marketing leadership and external partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimizations and reporting.
- Coordinate ad creative, messaging, and targeting to ensure brand alignment.
CRM & Email Marketing
- Support the development and execution of CRM campaigns using Salesforce.
- Maintain and segment contact lists to enable personalized marketing strategies.
- Build email marketing workflows, newsletters, and lead-nurturing sequences.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage daily content scheduling, publishing, and engagement across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X).
- Support visual and written content development in line with Execaire Aviation’s brand tone.
- Track metrics to evaluate engagement and inform content strategy.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing support or specialist role with demonstrated success in digital and CRM marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Salesforce, and Mailchimp.
- Strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and social media best practices.
- Experience in aviation, luxury services, or high-end B2B marketing is an asset.
- Bilingualism in English & French is a strong asset
