Execaire Aviation is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to help attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across our organization. This role is 100% on-site, and aviation industry experience is essential to successfully understand and support the unique talent needs of our business.
As a trusted recruitment partner, you will take ownership of the entire hiring journey, from workforce planning and sourcing strategy to candidate selection and onboarding. You'll build strong relationships throughout the aviation industry while identifying and attracting top talent from a variety of channels.

What You Will Do:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for unionized, non-unionized, and management positions, from workforce planning and sourcing through to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on talent attraction strategies throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a highly competitive market.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and recruitment partnerships through outreach initiatives, educational institutions, professional associations, and industry organizations.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best talent to meet organizational needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging start for all new hires.
- Represent Execaire Aviation at career fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities to promote our employer brand and strengthen talent pipelines.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and increased process efficiency.
- Actively participate in recruitment initiatives and projects across the IMP Group, sharing best practices and contributing to organizational success.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, fairness, and professionalism in all interactions.

What You Bring to the Role:
- University degree in a related field to Human Resources
- Proven experience in recruitment/talent management (8+ years)
- Certified CRHA/CRHP an asset
- Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to act independently
- Keen ability to understand client needs in determining candidate potential
- Able to set priorities, multi-task, and work efficiently in a team environment responding and pivoting to competing priorities and timelines
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, social media platforms, and candidate sourcing
- Fluent Bilingualism (English and French) is essential
