Summary

The apprentice mechanic reports to the lead hand to perform aircraft and equipment maintenance related duties as requested.

Responsibilities

 

Adhere to Execaire safety policy

Assist assigned engineers as requested with scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance tasks.

Assist back-up crew with transient aircraft maintenance tasks.

Maintain all hangar equipment provide details of equipment maintenance accomplished to ensure updating of hangar equipment log book.

Fuel all company vehicles daily.

Assist groomers with hangar cleanliness as requested.

All work accomplished to be supervised by licensed AME's on behalf of maintenance manager.

Requirements

  • Grade 12/Secondary 5

  • Aircraft Maintenance Technician course at a Transport Canada approved facility

  • O-2 years previous aircraft maintenance experience

  • Previous aviation related experience outside of the Aircraft Maintenance Technician course an asset
