Summary

The SkyCharter Client Care Specialist (CSS) is responsible to the Customer Service Supervisor for the customer-focused activities within the SkyCharter’s VIP Lounge. The position is based out of Pearson International Airport at SkyCharter’s FBO facilities in Mississauga.

Responsibilities

The CCS is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
 

  • Booking hotels, car/limo rentals, catering, etc.
  • Overseeing commissary
  • Ordering supplies
  • Ensuring top-tier client-experience from beginning to end of a client’s trip
  • Coordinating with Line Crew to ensure first-in-class Customer Service response to client inquiries
  • Provide FBO with general administrative support
    Provide FBO Sales support; and
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor and/or General Manager

The CCS will be expected to adjust his/her shift to cover for vacations, holidays, sick days, during breaks or as may be needed from time to time depending on volume of movements.

Requirements

The candidate is expected to have the following job requirements:
 

  • Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
  • Aviation industry experience is highly desirable
  • Good computer skills (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Understanding of various aviation flight planning platforms highly desirable
  • Exceptional communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
